Unique Productions Worldwide is a Barbados-based fashion event production company, with a strong commitment to developing the creative industries and brands in Barbados and within the Caribbean. This name brand was created by President Mr. Rodney Powers over 3years ago. He possesses over 5 years experience in production management. Rodney Powers the President of Unique Productions Worldwide has proven himself locally and regionally working with some of the Top regional events around the region and producing events that supports the development of the Creative industries.
The event was conceptualized in an effort to showcase artistry through fashion and also to promote what the Caribbean has to offer as we bring the international market to Barbados and the Caribbean. In 2008, the four member executive team, made a decision to rebrand the event after numerous correspondence from designers over the world who expressed keen interest in participating in what we had to offer in Barbados. The product has been rebranded “ACF Fashion Weekend” featuring the Barbados Beauty Fashion Market and was redeveloped with a view toward extending an invitation to international designers and providing them the opportunity to showcase their creativity.
